Strip waxing

This is our regular service performed with strip that has a low melting point and protects your skin from irritation and inflammation.

Hard waxing

The Hard wax is used for all face waxing and like an add-on to intimate waxing services such as bikini or brazilian. As it is gentle on skin this is the ideal choice for sensitive skin or those who are prone to bumps or ingrown hairs.

Good to know before waxing

⦁ Prior your waxing appointment (legs, arms, etc.) make sure there is 1/4th inch of growth (2-3 weeks) to ensure a successful service
⦁ Avoid using the moisturiser at the day of your appointment
⦁ Tanning is not recommended 24-48 hours before waxing appointment
⦁ Before appointment please make sure you are not using any of these products: Accutane, Retin -A, Differin, Renova, Blood Thinners, Alpha Hydroxy products or have high antibiotic use. Otherwise, you may not be a good candidate for waxing service.

Waxing aftercare

It is usual to have a little redness or tenderness after waxing, but it is very important to keep waxed area clean for the first 24 hours. This will help to prevent any bacteria from getting into your hair follicles.

⦁ No saunas, hot tubs/steam treatments, hot baths or showers
⦁ No tanning/sweating (sunbathing, sunbeds, fake tens), gym or other exercise
⦁ No swimming in pools or lakes
⦁ No sexual contact if waxed in this area

Until your next appointment…..

⦁ Do not shave between appointment this can affect waxing results
⦁ To keep your skin smooth a daily regime of exfoliating and moisturising is recommended
⦁ Do not apply body sprays, powders, lotions, or other products to the waxed area other than those recommended by your therapist
⦁ For the best results schedule your next wax 5-6 weeks after your appointment. If necessary you can come in sooner, but due to hair growing cycles you may be left with unwanted stubble
